[UK-CONTEST] HELP IN DAVOS

I sincerely apologise in advance for the use of the Contest reflector for this, but I am in a hole !

 

The IARU Region 1 Triennial Conference takes place in Davos, Switzerland, starting Sunday 11th September. The Conference format is a combination of "plenary" sessions and parallel "specialist" streams. Nearly 200 delegates will be there from over 50 countries.

 

I have been let down at the very last moment by one of the people who was going to be the secretary to one of the specialist streams. So I need to find someone who can take this role, at what is ridiculously short notice. Hence my request here on the Contest Reflector.

 

The criteria are:

 

Good understanding of amateur radio - all contesters would meet this criteria

Ability to take coherent notes in a meeting directly onto a laptop

Ability to be in Davos by Saturday 10th September (preferably Friday 9th) and leave at the earliest Friday 16th September.

Willingness to work as a member of the Conference team

 

All costs will be paid by IARU Region 1.
