Well Richard you have had your answer. This test was ditched because it was a skill contest and not a rate contest.
 
Quite frankly in beru many would be happy to make 5 contacts per hour in the small hours or even later hours or even the whole affair for the qrp boys = but there you go = some are flavour and some aint.
