It was VERY quiet. Or perhaps propagation favoured elsewhere in the country.

As you say Don. Propagation was very local down here, the GMs were nothing
special and EU well down in the noise. Never heard anyone within the skip.
Haven't checked the numbers, but this sounded like a typical morning half
way up the slope.

>I was reduced to a lot of S&P

I looked for you, so that's why! I think a lot of peeps came to the same
conclusion. Hard to find new QSOs after a bit.

Having resurrected an ancient (but nice and quiet) lap-top I thought I'd
check out SD V12.15 live using ESM and no probs (thanks Paul!) apart from
operator ones. Autosend after 4 characters tends to be a bit ambitious when
there are unexpected /P callers, or people who have to correct their call.
Also need to insert some extra spaces between 599 and the PoCo next time and
sharpen up on correcting keyboard errors - apologies to those who had to
suffer excruciating pauses while I faffed around . . . Ended up with 46
during the last hour.

Thanks to all for the QSOs.
