[UK-CONTEST] Consultation and SWB

The rules seem excellent. Here a variation costs $60
(~£30).

The picture of the SWB18 brought back memories. Used
to have to work with its little brother, SWB8. Whilst
that would have been 'adequate' power for a contest,
I'm chuckling to myself thinking of changing bands by
remaking inductors for each frequency. About 10
minutes when you got good at it!
