Well,

Nearly didn't come on; have to say was a bit disillusioned at my last
mediocre effort in this (March SSB ); left pondering power etc.....

Also compounded by a back problem; it was only 45 mins before the off that I
decided I would go up the ladder to shorten the dipole, following its CW
outing.

If anyone was monitoring me, then my amp was ON   before the contest, and
was announced to be OFF before the contest started, never to go on again.
You would have seen the signal drop....  Ask GW3KDB !

Activity was high; for most of the time I ran on 3642, with a bit of SO2V
when activity slowed down, and a final band tune right at the end

19:45	31
20:00	22
21:15	25
21:30	12

Got into things quite quickly, may have been a bit more enthusiastic this
time, since my Son, who has the next room to the shack, was not in bed as
per norm in school times, so I was able to vocalise a bit more!  Maybe that
was the answer!


So, 180 QSO's and no dupes!
