The whole point being that "these contests" in whatever configuration
are still to be confirmed as goers so the whole discussion could be
hypothetical.
Strangely enough no one has queried my earlier comment and asked what
the connection is between the WAG contest and the World Scout Bureau,
but for those that might be interested the WAG contest last year
decimated Jamboree On The Air. The World Scout Bureau has asked DARC
to consider moving the dates as I guess JOTA is arranged years in advance.
