[UK-CONTEST] RTTY messages

Hiya Guys

I'm guilty of long messages I think. On the other hand, I welcome hearing
them.
On busy channels (to me as an inexperienced rtty op) there is  often a lot
of ambiguity about who is calling whom.  A certain amount of redundancy in
the message is no bad thing.  Yes, it might slow down some individual QSOs a
little, but perhaps it might just increase the "overall" rate.
