The latest information I have for Region 1 and this refers particularly
to 160m is -

Belarus - 1810-1840 kHz - 10W standard, 1kW for contests
with special permission
Belgium - 1810-1850 kHz - 150W standard, 1kW for contests
Croatia - 1810-1900 kHz - 1 kW standard
Czech Republic - 1810-1850 kHz - 750W standard - 1.5kW (urban) 3kW
(rural) for contests
Denmark - 1810-1850 kHz - 1kW standard
Finland - 1810-1850 kHz - 1kW standard
France - 1810-1850 kHz - 500W standard
Germany - 1810-1850 kHz - 750W standard
Hungary - 1810-1850 kHz - 1.5kW standard
Iceland - 1810-1850 kHz - 1kW standard
Isreal - 1810-1850 kHz - 1.5kW standard
Lithuania (new regulations pending) - 1810-1850 kHz - 1 kW standard
Norway - 1810-1850 kHz - 1 kW standard
Poland - 1810-1850 kHz - 500W standard
Sweden - 1810-1850 kHz - 1 kW standard

These power limits and frequency allocations apply to "Full/Class A"
licencees only.

I think we have a basis for negotiations.
