Don, Why not, for next years IOTA bash reduce the submission time down,
not to 2 weeks but 3,  then in 2008 bring it down to the fortnight.

The other point of course is what you will do with any paper submissions
assuming these still exist, as post has to be taken into consideration.

Graham - who did use a paper log out /P, but had it transferred into SDI
within a couple of hours and submitted by Bedtime Sunday.
