Like you, Wythall Radio Club are entering the restricted section SSB Field
Day for the first time ever, using a Windom on a fibreglass mast. 

The last roll-call had 11 club members helping out in various guises from
towing the caravan to the field to a volunteer who wished to man the 2:00am
until 5:00am session!!

I wonder how many /P stations are entering this year?

Hiya All

The Three A's Contest Group missed CW Field day this year, so as a penance
we will be operating in SSB FD. (restricted section).

We will be in South Wales close to the Bristol Channel near Newport. The
operators will be Steve GW4BLE, Nigel G3TXF and Ian G3WVG.
  
As far as I can recall this is only the second time we've entered SSB FD.
The first time was around 20 years ago and to our amazement we won the
restricted section. This time we're not so hopeful!
