Although this will probably be very good without an EQ, I 
think that anyone with any audio know how would be able to 
setup an equaliser to boost & cut the appropriate frequencies
on any microphone. Heil even give their mics' response curve so you could 
effectively set up your EQ on the PC in realtime to match & save yourself
some cash.
Of Course the real way to go would be a Wireless Mic & headphones so you could
head for Coffee/WC without loosing your run frequency. Logging them away from the 
PC would be another problem.
