Well, I have to say that after a quick look, I though it was a pretty good
read! On balance, I would say that if one were new to contesting then it
would be useful. And, if one were experienced then it would be a good
reminder of how one should behave.

That is awful! It's vague, rambling, occasionally meaningless, and above
all it leaves out big questions like: "In the 21st century, what is a
'claimed' QSO? What is a 'dupe'? And why?"
The answers to those questions are more likely to be found on the HFCC
and IOTA sites!
