For a CT/Win-Test user it's simple. If you're S+P you use F2, if you're 
CQing you use Insert. TR users use Return in both cases, which confuses 
the hell outa me. I hope SD hasn't followed that lead!

But in practice in a 90 minute contest I prefer to use the keyer rather 
than rely on the computer to do it all. It's not like you're going to 
get tired in 90 minutes.
