[UK-CONTEST] IRTS 80m Counties Contest

The IRTS 80m Counties Contest takes place from 1200 to 1500 UTC
on Monday 2nd January.  It's a good chance to work some of the
rarer Irish counties.

SD supports this event.  It runs on any Windows PC and is free
from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe.

There are SSB-Only, CW-Only and Mixed-Mode sections.

Entrants outside EI/GI should select SD's "IRTS County, DX"
template.  Work EI/GI only, send 59(9) + Serial, and receive
59(9), Serial and EI/GI 3-character county code.

Multipliers are EI/GI counties - they count once, regardless
of mode.

Use SDCHECK to create your .LOG file in Cabrillo format.
Send it, as an attached file, to contests at irts.ie.
