Fancy looking stuff. I was looking here:
http://www.wimo.de/cgi-bin/verteiler.pl?url=yagwimo_e.htm
?
5 meters is a heck of a boom length for a permanent install - too long for
me I'm afraid.
How do Wimo compare to Cushcraft at VHF freqs? I keep this thread alive as
I'm after something around 3.5 meters long (or less), ideally crossed for
switching vert/horizontal in 2 meters and something a little bit smaller for
70 cms. My experience so far has been Tonna for club field days / contests
etc. but they just feel quite flimsy.

Subject: [UK-CONTEST] Which 2m Beam?
I have been looking into improving my 2m setup and had
decided to go for the
Wimo 9 ele on a 5m boom. I had decided that until I
discovered that it would
cost 57 Eu for the carriage alone.
Has anyone a preferred 2m beam supplier?
Neil, G3RIR
