If the regular calendars come up with a blank, a useful tip I was told is to
try http://www.qrz.ru
This seems to hold details of some Russian contests that the other calendars
do not have recorded. However, in this case, it still came up with a blank.

qrz.ru is of course in Russian. There is no english language version, but
there is the option to translate every page which takes a few moments.
Translate the home page, and then follow the 'competitions' link for
calendars, results etc. The translation software seems to be pretty good
i.e. you can actually understand the result - even though it does produce
some humorous sentences every now and again.
