Who benefits from the current policy?

I for one think it's nuts (apologies for the technical term) to wait for
results to be published in Radcom before the HFCC website.

Ideally the full suite of 2005 results should have been published before
the first 2006 contest. (Seems more like the full suite of 2006 contests
will have happened before the 2005 results are published.)

On the same theme, tell me how I am supposed to enthuse my club members
(Sheffield) to get involved in SSB Field Day if we don't know last
year's result?
