[UK-CONTEST] The RSGB/Ofcom discussions

Hello all

I'd like to echo the appreciation expressed for Colin G3PSM's efforts - also 
all others involved in the negotations - it is encouraging that concerns 
expressed on this reflector and in private e-mails to Colin are actually 
taken up with OFCOM. This is a much more satisfactory situation compared to 
the 'secret society' attitude in the past.

We are particularly pleased that we can continue to use our GS2MP club 
callsign (which we have only used in contests on a handful of occasions - on 
CW it's difficult cos everyone thinks it is badly-sent GI2MP !)

Next item on agenda, please = QRO for SCCs !
