As a non participant in the GB5HQ IARU entry and currently non UK resident, 
I have no vested interest other than as an observer.

I am curious to understand the reason for the strength of feeling I perceive 
behind your position.

Did you register an interest to be involved with the GB5HQ effort and were 
you refused?

OR

Are you aware of someone else who experienced this?  If so, what makes you 
sure you represent their views accurately?

OR

Are your assertions grounded in a general belief that things would be more 
equitable if they were done your way?

Just trying to develop an appreciation of where you're coming from.  No 
knives here, all given up to the amnesty ;-)
