Whinge, whinge, whinge.  It's also only Londoners that also get to pay the 
extra council tax surcharge for the next seven years, and note only 
Londoners, not people in Dartford, Guildford, Slough, or for that matter 
Lancashire.

Oh and, you're getting quite a bit of the Olympic footy in the North West 
(Old Trafford and Anfield) so less of your whingeing.

Anyway, I thought this was a ham radio contesting list, and not a moaners' 
message board, but if we're on the subject, as the only active amateur in 
the Cities of London or Westminster, I baggsie first refusal of 2O12A.  Send
