Noted but I think we have to trust the organisers of national stations,  
international DX-peditions and the like to put together the best teams they can  
given people's experience, availability, proven team-work and team leading  
ability and other constraints.
 
If we are lucky enough to be asked to participate then great. If not  then 
the best support we can give is to work them on as many band/mode  slots as our 
circumstances allow.
