[UK-CONTEST] RSGB HFCC

Hi list,

This is now very urgent - as far as anyone outside this reflector is 
concerned, the 21/28 is still in limbo "not confirmed as taking place" and 
with the wrong provisional date.  There needs to be some backup if the HFCC 
webmaster is away / unavailable / whatever.  Have forwarded details to 
SM3CER but I guess loads of other sites that I don't know about need to know 
(as well as Radcom of course).
