I may have commented before:

Where do they get the money and effort from?  Are they just
keener/younger/less busy/more dedicated people than we are?  As you say, the
software is ace with proper esm -  so painless.  They've extended it to
cover ARI and exchanges for a few other overseas events but a request (even
to quote!) for inclusion of BERU a few years back seemed to fall on deaf
ears.

I bet they have proper covers on their society rag too. . .
