Further to the recent correspondence about the Russian DX contest.

Today I got a certificate from JARL( no, I wasn't only GW so there!), and a
nice printed results sheet for the 1995 event.

The bad news continues 'cos there were just 5 entries from G, and 2 from GW.
There were more entries from S5 than G, with a population only about that of
GW! The only European country that I noted with less entries than G ( not
exhaustive N.B.) was France. Even the tiny countries of PA0 and ON had more.
As for DL,SM,I, OK, SP etc, well just forget it! Oh did I mention, none of
these countries have marmite however ( is this the reason perhaps?, Ed)
