[UK-CONTEST] SDC for the Commonwealth Contest

Well, I don't usually go overboard for logging programs (cardboard dupe
sheets at the ready lads?),  but I think Paul has it cracked this time, in
particular the long standing issue (highlighted again recently by Chris) of
sending a "run" exchange in an "S&P" QSO.

ESM (enter sends message), toggled with a single key-stroke to either run or
S&P mode, is the answer in fact you don't always need to press enter if you
invoke the auto-start facility.  Finally, a logging prog that anyone can
work - even me!

I would earnestly urge anyone who wants an easy life, especially if you've
tried or are using an earlier version of SD, to download V 12.14 and give it
a whirl.
