Some good points to ponder.
Well Colin Im using the PKT button on the MP and using the mike input
through the PKT socket on the back. Using N1MM. FSK in RTTY, Audio with PSK.
I made 28QSOs, 1 PSK,so something is working. Ive just found out that the
freq for the first 11 QSOs were incorrect and out of the RTTY band- I can
remember selecting the store button and I think the 2nd VFO might have been
around that freq. Those freq are incorrect cos I worked a lot of stations
who new what they were doing Hi.. It may have been my settings in N1MM where
I was obtaining the mode from the band plan. After I rebooted
everything -(PC and RIG) I seemed to get the correct freq and then It all
appeared to work..
