Thanks to John and Nigel. John obviously copied my oblique reference 599!

I have been in correspondence with them, so knew about the problems dating
back to last year. Immediately after my renewal, the problems started; go
figure as they say. Additionally, the promised update has, as John pointed
out, NOT arrived.

I am mindful of the fact that when CQ-contest ceased publication a couple of
years ago, I never did get the promised transfer of credit to my CQ sub.

The phrase caveat emptor seems to be apposite.

Not sure what your are "hinting at" but yes I am in correspondence with them
over recent non-delivery caused they say by their previous delivery agents.
However in fairness they have replaced the missing ones by air at no charge.
My contact is the publisher (Dick Ross) not distribution or any others, he
took it on himself to respond direct to me. I have subscribed to CQ since
1966 not sure if that had anything to do with it..

New delivery agents take over WEF March 2006 Issue and guess what it ain't
arrived---yet.
