[UK-CONTEST] SD for the RSGB 80m CC

SD V12.14 has been updated to support ESM (Enter Sends
message) in both RUN and S&P modes - which may be of
interest for Wednesday's CW Club Championship.

SD runs on any Windows PC and is free from
www.ei5di.com/sd/sdsetup.exe.  If you just need the
updated SD.EXE, it's at www.ei5di.com/sd/sdexe.zip.

With ESM enabled, you get a simple, clear visual
indication of which mode you're in, and what the next
Enter will send (if anything).

The Grave Accent key - the one above Tab - toggles ESM
between RUN and S&P modes.  

 The Apostrophe key toggles ESM On and Off.

ESM and RUN/S&P may be toggled at any time.
