[UK-CONTEST] CC Logs

Logs are starting to come in from last night's session so here is a plea
to help the adjudicators:

1. Make sure the Cabrillo header includes a CLUB: line indicating which
club you represent. Most versions of SD can do this, but some using SD
haven't supplied the info. I'm sure EI5DI will be glad to give
assistance if you're having trouble.

2. It's very helpful during the automated collation process if all
members of a club spell the club name the same way, with the same
abbreviation. For example some logs have HORNDEAN & DISTRICT ARC while
some have HORNDEAN ARC. Why can't we just take the first word? Because
then we couldn't distinguish between CONTEST CAMBRIA and CONTEST
CUMBRIA, for example!

3. Make sure the Cabrillo header shows the category, LOW or QRP. This
information is missing from a number of logs, and by default they all go
into the LOW category. Variants such as 100W can also be handled but
the software does not recognise things like "90 watts" so manual
intervention is required.

On the positive front, all the logs for the first CW session were
Cabrillo, which is excellent! Two were homebrew Cabrillo and both of
those required considerable editing. If you're going to homebrew your
log please note:
1. Every line in Cabrillo that is to be processed must contain a colon,
so for example all the QSO lines must start QSO:
2. Data is required in each field, it is no good leaving a field blank
if it should contain the same data as the previous line.

Dealing with some of these issues has contributed to the delay in
processing the first CW logs from 23rd Feb but I hope to get them done
this weekend.

Thanks for your cooperation
