Agree with Peter 'KNU, all this talk of time is a bit of a waste of..errmm.
time!

 

Should anyone be in any doubt however, the freeware programme at this site

could be a worthwhile adjunct to your logging screen.  I have mine hovering
just above the QSO entry line in Writelog, and find it useful to see the
seconds countdown to 00:00 (or whatever)
