Hi Dick, Alex et al

3 points worth considering on the antenna feeder side of any new shack :

1) A sufficiently sized underground duct is ideal for a larger antenna
installation - depends on how far from the shack the antennas are of
course - undergrounding the coax feeders, rotator cables, etc. in a duct
works well - avoiding sharp bends and doubling the diameter of ducting you
first think of.

2) If there is any likelihood of the station being SO2R or Multi-op now or
in future, it's important to note that RG213U has relatively poor
screening - LDF4-50A or any Heliax cable is helpful for minimising
inter-station QRM.

3) Similarly, it is often not a good idea to bundle all the coax cables
together and have only one exit point from the shack - it's worth
considering having a second route, physically separated from the main route.
