You know the one thats driving me nuts - well I thinkl I have solved it. When you go into Avery A4/A5 settings there is not one but TWO setting for a 63.5 x 38.1 label. Dont ask me why, but when I swapped settings the labels came out perfect. I'm away to have a wee whisky to celebrate. Tom - GM4FDM
