WPX contest
 
Call: G5XV, Newbury club callsign.  200watts, MP mkV, 3ele yagi,  doublet for 
LF. No amps used.
 
Op's, 2E0KOP, G4FON, G0ORH
 
Used wpx as a training & shake up for the big one...NFD this  weekend!!
 
160m was disapointing did not seem to be that many stations on at the time.  
10m sporadic E was good at times. Heard lots of stations but could not get  
through. 4X & 7X 7W, OH0, & LU were the best dx on ten. The  rest were OK, OM, 
EA, G, IH, 5B, HA, etc. Our first wpx, so perhaps next year it  may be a little 
different.
