Dave,

That's how the rules used to be, but a couple of years ago we made them more
flexible so that you could pick any 6 hour slot, or even a pair of shorter
periods totalling 6 hours and separated by at least 1 hour of off time.

The six hour section starts at 0800 and finishes at 1400 at the same time 
as the MMC finishes.
