Hello John
I did follow the correct procedure and my LOTW totals include the paper
QSLs, so no problem there.
I've been meaning to email Bill Moore for some time, must get round to it
this weekend.
I suspect the paperwork got lost in the post.
Pity about your S Orkney QSO.
