I find it unbelievable that the HFCC have not consigned this contest to 
cyberspace - I took one look at last year's results, saw the overall number 
of entries and immediately decided that I had better things to do that 
weekend.

I know this has been discussed at length before, but given that conditions 
on 21 and 28 are likely to be mediocre for anywhere North of Barcelona for 
the next year or two, why has this contest not changed - to 14/21 at the 
very least - reverting to 21/28 in a few years time ?
