Check Router | Options | Audio Devices. Seems you have checked "Don't use 
audio devices"

You have first to create presets as you wish for particular logger. Preset | 
Save as saves current Router settings.

It's quite easy, just you have to select your sound card at the left side of 
Audio Mixer tab. Reading new revised manual is  recommended.
