[UK-CONTEST] Ofcom Update

I see Ofcom have updated the website. I though that the changes to BR68 would occur as of 1 October, to coincide with the online changes. If so, have CapGemini got technical problems with the implementation ? (Glad EDS didn't get the contract otherwise we'd be paying a fortune for a system that would be scrapped............)
