[UK-CONTEST] Certificates from CQ magazine

My latest CQWW CW (Nov 2005) certificate arrived recently. That's almost two 
months BEFORE this year's contest. This is indeed truly fast for "CQ".

No, I must disagree with Steve 'BLE. Some of my earlier "CQ" certificates 
have been received up to three years after the event.

"CQ" is to be congratulated for their current performance in CQWW 
certificate posting.
