[UK-CONTEST] CQ magazine to withdraw contest sponsorship?

Good thing I got my WPX score submitted already.

This is a terrible development although its typical of large entites, such
as governments and businesses, to "pass the buck", as it were, in order to
absolve themselves from that for which they should be blamed.

Oh well, I guess I'll have more free time this Fall.
