There are many who would rather not have super check partial; indeed it 
is specifically banned in WRTC rules. However, the not so very subtle 
distinction is that in (a) the help is in real-time, from real people 
sitting at their stations finding stations for you.

Imagine in the next contest I set up half a dozen receivers in the room 
next to the shack and invite my mates around to look for stations. Every 
time they find something that might be of interest to me they write the 
callsign and frequency down on a piece of paper and place it in front of 
me. Would you consider that single or multi op?
