Steve,

Unless I am completely loosing it, WPX SSB came and went at the end of
March. I know RadCom shows it at the end of May but that must be a typo as
that should be the CW weekend, always good for blowing the cobwebs away in
time for NFD.

I agree Peter. Sadly the two new contesters from my local club who entered
the club calls contest using my station last year will not have the pleasure
of seeing and being encouraged by their results in print. I am sorry, but
its not the same as seeing it on screen and I think it's a real backward
step for contesting in the uk. Can I be bothered doing anything about it? -
no I can't, but I will be still trying to encourage them to do more contests
(probably the WAE SSB, since they would get a nice booklet showing all of
the results, a remarkably short time after the contest entry closure date
for such a large contest). Oh well, progress and all that!

I heartily welcome the recent editorial changes at Radcom, however the
published results seem now to be limited to the first 20 places (May issue).
This has all been discussed in this forum as being a reasonable compromise
between space and exposure, but it doesn't do much to encourage new or
casual participants. Perhaps we have a new "award structure" to see who can
get their call published!

Seriously though, where this is done, I do think it would be appropriate to
include a link in the report to the full published results. Who has the
influence to achieve this?
