[UK-CONTEST] Google Earth Overlay for Country Prefix

Dave,

I don't know about country prefixes but there's a French chap that does an
excellent Google overlay that shows the Grid Loc squares. Sorry, haven't got
time to track it down for you now (I'm packing up for the PJ2G trip for the
WAE-CW Contest this weekend).

Hope to see all the (European) readers of the UK Contest Reflector on CW in
the WAE-Contest over the weekend - HF conditions permitting!
