[UK-CONTEST] HF CC contests and RadCom content

I absolutely agree that there is too mch chit-chat in RadCom these days and that surely some space could ber found to report on these contests. Also newcomers could certainly do with some guidance on how to do better - improving their stations - thats technical, and their technique.  Especially in the digimode events.
