There's no mention of this in the current rules at
http://www.darc.de:80/referate/dx/xedcwr.htm

I agree that if you don't copy an exchange or QTCs
in real-time, they shouldn't count.

For those of you who use SD, it handles QTCs nicely - from
both sides. I had 100 QSOs and 201 QTCs.
