[UK-CONTEST] RSGB Sept SSB F/day

I will be active again this year in the RSGB's SSB Field Day. Operating
as MW1LCR/P in the Restricted Section.

No change to last years setup, however, instead of deciding upon a
"Club" name based upon the weather, as last year ("Blaenau Dwr"  Meaning
"High Water" or "Head of Water" )  the locals have suggested:

"Awdurdod Gofod Cymru" , due to altitude, and the place looks like like
one!
