Hello All..

Just received my renewal for M2D and a nice couple of surprises..

NO REQUIREMENT to try and contact Ofcom Local Office in respect of proposed
operation..

New to the acceptable contest list is  "Russian Dx Contest" reckoned to be
the fastest growing HF Contest and very well administered.

Very welcome news thanks to all involved.
