You're missing the point Colin,
The idea is to NOT give someone a potentially unfair advantage by using
an unusual prefix as it is not available to all the entrants. In the
same way that special contest calls are not allowed in domestic contests.
This contest in NOT about club stations anyway.
The GX will be DQed
