91 QSOs here (2/3 of them in the first 20 minutes). It was like someone hit
the propagation 'off' button at 8:20pm. From here, the band closed almost in
an instant. After that the few G's I could hear were very weak (called G4BUO
several times but didn't get through, and some other G's took several
attempts to get the callsign or report). At least GMs and continentals were
workable at reasonable strength, though there weren't stacks of them.

That's high angle absorbtion for you!
