Thanks to all for the off-reflector replies.  The general consensus is that
the 8Mb ADSL is pretty much the same as 2Mb in terms of  rf immunity but it
does generate a little more hash on 50Mhz.

Off topic perhaps but ..
Has anyone any personal experience of switching to the newer BT Total
Broadband 8Mb service from the older 2Mb ADSL ?  I'm thinking of doing so
but I wonder if this system is more open to RFI. Both giving and receiving!
All thoughts welcome.
